The Case Manger will design a plan for the client that is in relation to their need and/or problem. The plan tells what the Case Manger will do and what the client will do to meet his or her housing goal.
Services are offered to residents at no charge. Non residents are offered a sliding fee scale based on their ability to pay. No one is rejected for services based on their inability to pay. All fees (if applicable) must be paid prior to counseling sessions.
