Housing Requirements
1) You must be a Member of ALC. It's Free and Easy to Join. Go to "Join ALC Today" and fill in your personal information. Senior service providers may also sign up referred clients. ALC will mail new members information as checked under the interest section of the membership application.
2) You must be 55 years or older to Join ALC and to apply for housing.
3) Your annual income must not exceed $45,100.
4) Housing participants must schedule an appointment with a Case Manager for an Initial Intake Appointment. Call (510) 331-4900 to schedule an appointment.
