ALC is unique in its creation because each program is formed to meet the lifestyles of our aging population. Thrive at home is our motto. We have formed a community to help low income individuals with the basic needs of life as they age; housing, health & wellness and transportation.

To become a member you must be at least 55 years or older and your income must not exceed $45,100 per year. All qualifying members may participate in ALC program activities. Programs have separate enrollment requirements and may require fees to participate. You will receive information regarding all programs and requirements to participate. You may also schedule an appointment to meet with a Case Manager to obtain additional information regarding our programs.
As a member, you will receive:
1) Access to affordable private key-lock rooms in supportive environments while you wait for subsidized housing.
2) Access to affordable transportation services for shopping, banking, office appointments, and more.
3) A Case Manager to help you obtain renter's assistance for security deposits, first month's rent & bedroom furniture.
4) Access to dozens of Health & Wellness classes and events for free or for a very low cost.
5) Case Management Services which provide housing counseling, resource referrals, wellness checks and more.
6) Our quarterly newsletter which provides local news, health & wellness tips, entertainment and more.
7) Local merchant discounts and donations from local businesses and others.
