Basic need options are few for low income adults over 55 years of age who are at risk of homelessness.

We offer supportive programs to assist older adults with life challenges.

As a member, you will have access to affordable private key-lock rooms in supportive environments while you wait for subsidized housing

You will have access to affordable transportation services for shopping, banking, office appointments, and more.

Your Case Manager can help you obtain renter's assistance for security deposits, first month's rent & bedroom furniture

You will have access to dozens of Health & Wellness classes and events for free

You will also have access to Case Management Services which provide housing counseling, resource referrals, wellness checks and more.

Our housing communities offers a family oriented atmosphere in a safe environment.  Many of our tenants have transitioned from homelessness to shared living; ALC helps by providing a supportive living environment and other related services while individuals find and maintain adequate housing.  Housing program participants may occupy rooms while participating in case management services for up to 5 years .

Our Mission Statement

To Provide Supportive Programs to Adults Ages 55 Years and Older who are low income and at-risk of homelessness. 

 

 

 

ALC is an entity dedicated to providing supportive programs to individuals that would otherwise be living on the streets or relying on already overly-burdened government programs.   

We provide shared and private housing, consisting of; single family homes, cottages, studios, and in-law units.  We also provide additional services such as; housing counseling, Season of Sharing program, transportation and health & wellness classes.
